📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Physical books are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.

🧪 Fragrance Samples & Discovery Sets

Fragrance samples are decanted and packaged for personal fragrance discovery. Due to shipping regulations, samples may ship via ground transportation only.

🧴 Full-Size Fragrances

Full-size fragrances, when offered, are packaged securely and shipped in compliance with carrier regulations for fragrance products.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

The Dupes Guide™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the package and items

We will review the issue and assist where possible.

📝 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
