📘 Books (Physical Copies)

We accept returns on unused, unopened physical books within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable:

Opened or used books

Damaged items not caused by shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

📕Digital Products (Ebooks & Digital Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final.

This includes:

Ebooks

Digital guides

Downloadable content

❌ No refunds or exchanges are offered once the product has been delivered.

🧪 Fragrance Samples & Discovery Sets

For hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance samples and discovery sets are final sale.

This includes:

Decanted samples

Sample vials

Discovery bundles

Once shipped, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

🧴 Full-Size Fragrances

Full-size fragrance bottles may be returned only if unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Original seal must be intact

Product must be unused

Original packaging required

❌ Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or refund.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable
